Michael Co-founded alongside Ed Ross and helped run a non-profit organization for 6 years called Community Stepping Stones, whose mission is concerned with the quality of life in neighborhoods. CSS is dedicated to providing education, mentoring children and adolescents while enhancing the community economics and enriching the quality of life in the community through the arts.
